Payment terms will be discussed at the time of order and may include:

  • Deposits for custom work
  • Full or partial payment prior to pickup or delivery

Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel your order.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting materials at pickup or delivery
  • Ensuring proper transportation and handling

Ashley Custom Lumber is not responsible for:

  • Damage after materials leave our location
  • Improper storage or installation
  • Environmental effects on wood products

Delivery availability may vary by location.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

  • Custom orders are generally non-refundable
  • Standard lumber returns may be accepted at our discretion

All return requests must be made within a reasonable time and materials must be in original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashley Custom Lumber shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Project delays
